We charge Rs 75 for every order under a purchase value of Rs 1000. Any order with cart value of  RS 1000 will be eligible for free shipping.

Delivery Timeline

Our commitment is to ship the seeds within 48 hours from the time of order. Plants can vary from 3-7 days based on the type of plant ordered.

Returns

We do not accept any returns once an order is shipped. However, It is important for us to ensure customer satisfaction and address any issues with our products promptly. Therefore, if a wrong or damaged product is delivered, we kindly request customers to inform us via email at "help@poppygardens.in" within 2 days after the delivery date.

Once we receive the email and images, our dedicated team will thoroughly assess the situation. Based on their evaluation, we will take appropriate action to rectify the problem. This may include initiating a refund for the purchase amount, sending a replacement product free of charge, or providing store credit for future purchases.

However, it is important to note that the final decision regarding the mode of refund will be made by us. We will carefully consider each case individually and determine the most suitable resolution based on various factors such as product availability and nature of the issue.
